For campaign groups

Promotion · research · lobbying

You campaign for a cause. A neighbourhood, a nature reserve, a profession, drug policy, animal welfare. You want politicians to listen. Your own voting guide is one of the strongest ways to make that happen.

Four steps: statements, invitation, parties study the subject, in the spotlight

1. You set the statements

Not a general voting guide with one question on your subject, but ten or twelve statements about exactly what matters to you. Concrete, testable, with an explanation for the voter.

2. You invite every party

Matchoice Pro sends every party a formal invitation: who you are, what the voting guide is, what you are asking. With a personal link and a password. The system records exactly when the invitation was mailed, opened and answered.

3. The parties study your subject

To answer, a spokesperson, programme committee or MP has to read your positions and form an opinion. For each statement the party chooses an answer, a weight (normal, important, very important) and an explanation, and writes its own text about its vision. That puts your subject on the agenda of every party that takes part.

4. Your subject in the spotlight

After your approval the party goes live. Voters see which party suits them, the press writes about the results, and what a party said before the election is on record: positions made final can no longer be changed by anyone. Parties that do not respond stand out.

And you get arguments

How many people took part? Where do they live, how old are they, which statements divide them? Matchoice shows it in charts and on the map of the Netherlands, and exports it to Excel. That is material for your next conversation with politicians.
